This stage allows us to better understand the scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of your company so we can determine whether the application should advance to presentation to EyeSci Angels members and potentially to full diligence.

Selected opportunities may undergo deeper evaluation with input from domain experts.
Member Presentation
Companies that complete Stage 2 diligence successfully may be invited to present to EyeSci Angels members.
Only a small number of companies progress to the final presentation stage each year.
Estimated Time to Complete
Most companies complete the Stage 2 submission in 45–90 minutes if the relevant information is readily available.

Confidentiality
Confidential materials should not be submitted during this Stage 2 submission. Materials submitted through this portal will be reviewed by:
- EyeSci Angels principals
- Individuals directly participating in the diligence process
