Duration: Up to 12 months

✓ Access to selected non-confidential materials
✓ Not eligible to invest during Observer Membership
Investor Membership
No minimum commitment beyond individual deal minimums
✓ For accredited investors ready to engage in deal review and
✓ Full access to diligence materials and data rooms
✓ Eligible to invest in EyeSci Angels special purpose vehicles
✓ Participate in all structured diligence sessions
✓ Direct engagement with founders
